Will sold-out products come back?＋

House of Althaea products are single-launch creations. After a collection ends, its products normally won’t return — unless there is especially strong demand. 😉

Where do you ship?＋

We currently ship across Canada. Shipping options and costs appear at checkout.

How long will my order take?＋

Small-batch orders are lovingly prepared within 3–5 business days. Shipping within Canada only, through Canada Post. Please generally allow 1–13 business days after dispatch, depending on the service used and your destination, and up to 14 business days for certain remote areas. These timelines are estimates, are not guaranteed, and are in addition to your order’s processing time.

Are colours exactly as shown?＋

We photograph every piece carefully, but colours can vary slightly from one screen to another.

Can I change or cancel an order?＋

Write to us quickly. If your order has not been packed, we’ll do our very best to help.

What if my order arrives damaged?＋

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Are your designs original?＋

Yes. Every House of Althaea piece is dreamed up around our Council members and illustrated for the House.
